I’M HERE TOO is a Live Presence Network that connects requests with verified people already at, near, or naturally passing the place you need. A Presence Member may collect a paid order or purchase a nearby item and bring it to your confirmed handoff point.

Traditional delivery usually creates a new trip by assigning someone to drive to a location. I’M HERE TOO first looks for someone whose existing location or route already overlaps with the request.

You can request eligible food and drinks, groceries, pharmacy basics, retail items, flowers, gifts, electronics, dry cleaning, paid-order pickups, and other supported everyday items. Restricted, regulated, unsafe, oversized, or policy-prohibited items are not supported.

A Presence Member is a person who completes the product’s verification steps and chooses to accept requests that fit where they already are or where they are naturally going. Presence Members decide which requests to accept and are not required to follow shifts or fixed schedules.

The platform is designed to prioritize people already at, near, or naturally passing the requested location. Availability varies, so the product does not promise zero additional movement unless the accepted match actually satisfies that condition.

For a paid-order pickup, you purchase directly from the business and provide the order confirmation or pickup details. For a nearby purchase, the app shows an Estimated Total made up of estimated items, estimated tax, the Presence Member thank-you, and the platform fee. The estimated amount may be temporarily authorized. After the store receipt is uploaded, the Final Total uses the actual item cost and tax, plus the displayed fees.

In-app messaging becomes available after a Presence Member accepts and the match is confirmed. Use it for item, timing, and handoff updates while keeping the conversation connected to the active request.

Choose an available handoff option such as a hotel lobby, valet, front desk, curbside location, concierge desk, or another confirmed meeting point. The request shows the agreed instructions, and both sides confirm completion through the product flow.

The experience includes account-verification steps, visible profiles and ratings, controlled request details, receipt or photo confirmation when needed, clear handoff instructions, and support tools. These layers are designed to strengthen trust and accountability throughout a request.

Use in-app messaging after acceptance to communicate updates. If a request cannot be completed, use the cancellation or support option available for its current stage; later-stage changes may require Concierge help. When another eligible nearby match is available before purchase or pickup begins, you confirm any switch—the app does not switch the match automatically.
