Location information
The app is built around presence. Location would be used to match requests with people already there, going there, or nearby. Live location should be visible only during active requests or trips.
Messages and request details
In-app conversations, request notes, pickup details, completion confirmations, and reports may be kept so the platform can support users and resolve issues.
Payments and Presence Member Thank-You amounts
Payment information should be handled by secure payment providers. I’M HERE TOO should store payment status, Presence Member Thank-You amounts, and payout records, not raw card numbers.
How data should be protected.
Only collect data that helps verify people, match requests, process payments, protect the community, or improve the app experience.
Give users control over location sharing, notification settings, account deletion requests, and support communication preferences.
Use reasonable safeguards for account information, location records, messages, payment status, and safety reports.
Do not sell personal information. Do not imply affiliation with places or brands shown in demonstrations.
