Using I’M HERE TOO
Requests must be legal, safe, reasonably portable, permitted by the location, and allowed by platform policy. Users are responsible for accurate request and handoff details.
Launch pricing and payments
For Buy & Bring at launch, the requester is charged the verified merchandise subtotal, actual store tax, and the disclosed $5 Presence Member Thank-You. The merchandise amount is based on the verified store receipt. The platform fee is waived for launch; no $1.99 platform fee is added.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation eligibility depends on whether a Presence Member has accepted, purchased, or collected an item. The app should show any applicable charge before a cancellation is confirmed.
Presence Member Agreement
Presence Members choose whether a request fits their existing location or route. There is no required schedule and no obligation to accept. Members must follow safety, proof, communication, and handoff requirements.
Restricted items
Illegal, unsafe, regulated, age-restricted, oversized, hazardous, or otherwise prohibited items are not supported.
