Using I’M HERE TOO
Requests must be legal, safe, reasonably portable, permitted by the location, and allowed by platform policy. Users are responsible for accurate request and handoff details.
Payments
An Estimated Total, Platform Fee, and Presence Member Thank-You must be shown clearly before confirmation. We may temporarily authorize the estimated amount. The Final Total is updated only from the verified store receipt and the disclosed fees.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation eligibility depends on whether a Presence Member has accepted, purchased, or collected an item. The app should show any applicable charge before a cancellation is confirmed.
Presence Member Agreement
Presence Members choose whether a request fits their existing location or route. There is no required schedule and no obligation to accept. Members must follow safety, proof, communication, and handoff requirements.
Restricted items
Illegal, unsafe, regulated, age-restricted, oversized, hazardous, or otherwise prohibited items are not supported.
